We at Flores Lawn Care LLC have heard from a few of our clients and they had a few not-so-good things to say about numerous lawn care companies as a whole. Which is why we decided to write this blog to show that not all companies are built that way, there are a few reputable ones left like us you can depend on.
Lawn care services, like every other, will on occasion get some negative feedback and perceptions. Most of the time this perception does stem from a previous bad experience. So, the question is, aren’t all lawn companies the same? This is something we do hear a lot in our industry, and it can often be quite understandable. For example, one experience from one lawn care company, whether it is good or bad, will often shape the way we think or view other lawn service providers.
When a company makes a promise, it means doing their best to keep it, this is the mainstay of every good and successful client lawn care service company. And in an ideal world, should go for every business. Sadly, this is not always the case, and some companies do take advantage of people’s ignorance when it comes to lawn care and maintenance. The old saying should still be true today, which is a promise made is a promise kept.
If you are unsure of a lawn care company, try contacting your nearest Better Business Bureau to find out more information on said company. Find out about any complaints and how they were dealt with, also word of mouth referrals are hands down still the best way to find out first hand how lawn care companies work.
